Project Managing:

In a project management position, also known as construction management, Les Bertram & Sons is hired on by a client to be their advisor as well as representative. This type of management involves working with the project design team in regards to the overall planning, coordination and control of a project. Throughout the building development, the design team consists of the architect, engineers, consultants, as well as the subcontractors to meet the project completion date and budget.

Design Build:

In a design build project we work closely with the customer; managing their requirements from a conceptual design phase to completion. This involves working with the owner, building designers, municipal authorities, and subcontractors as head of the project. All project decisions are made by the owner in consultation with us.
